1. This agreement contains the terms, conditions and provisions upon which you may access and use the App, including all Content and all information made available to you through the App.

2. If you do not agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, do not use or access our services.

3. By using the LCL, you agree to be bound by all of the Terms and Conditions contained in this Agreement and Our Privacy Policy.

4. These Terms and Conditions take effect from the date when you click on the “I Accept” button during the registration process. The Terms and Conditions will remain operative until either you or LCL terminates your use of the App.

5. These Terms and Conditions may be modified and amended by LCL at any time without prior notice to you.

6. You agree that, on and from the date of any modification or amendment to these Terms and Conditions, you will be bound by the modified or amended Terms and Conditions.

7. Your use of this App constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which apply to the exclusion of any inconsistent terms and conditions which may appear on any other documentation or correspondence between LCL and You.

8. We may terminate a user’s account at any time with or without cause, including circumstances where You:
a. breach this Agreement;
b. in our reasonable opinion, are, or likely to become, insolvent;

9. Termination or expiry of this Agreement will not affect any accrued rights or remedies either party may have.
